Care during the Covid 19 restrictions.... updated December 1st 2020
To all our friends and family... we are remaining open during this time to serve you and your furry family members. But we are taking precautions per the AVMA and CDC to reduce the risk to our staff (some of whom are immune compromised). We ask for your patience and understanding in this matter.
*We are allowing clients to accompany their pets for appointments at this time. We ask that you please wear a mask, we are encouraging the use of the hand sanitizer that we have available, and we are trying to practice social distancing as best as we can.
*If you do not feel comfortable with these above measures then we will continue to offer Curbside Care for our patients as well. Please notify us ahead of your appointment time if you would prefer this option. Then when you arrive for your appointment please call the clinic and someone will come to your vehicle to retrieve your pet, and while you wait in your vehicle we will examine and care for your pet then return them to the vehicle for you.
*For medication refills and order pickups, we ask that you please call ahead of time so we can fill the order and have your items ready for pickup prior to your arrival. This does include food orders as well.
Any questions or concerns on this matter, please contact us for other care options that may be available for you and your pet.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make adjustments during these pandemic times we are in.

Dearest Clients…
Doctor Nancy Hansen has been with Osceola Veterinary Service for the past 15 years. Her commitment to the best in veterinary medicine, compassionate care, medical knowledge and specialty of many species has been crucial to our community and the families we care for. It is with deep sadness that we are announcing that she will be leaving us to spend more time with her family. Her last day with us will be Friday November 13th 2020. While we are sad to see her go we are happy for her as she moves on to the next chapter in her life, and we wish her the best that life has to offer.
We will be making adjustments to the schedule to accommodate the changes and to continue to provide the best care possible. Rest assured that our other doctors Tim Johnson, Anna Bovitz, and Bruce Oscarson will still be available for your animals.
Thank you again for your patience, understanding and dedication to our clinic. Together we are partners in the care of your furry (and not-so-furry) family members.
Sincerely,
The Staff of Osceola Veterinary Service
