Sunday Olson
Receptionist
Hi! My name is Sunday Olson and I have been a Receptionist at Osceola Veterinary Service since February 2002.  My absolute favorite animal is the dolphin but all others come second best!  I love ALL animals. I manage the front desk most days, but help around the clinic when needed! I am married, with three beautiful children: Alexandria, Whitley and Gavin and a beautiful granddaughter named Paityn. I have 2 cats named Chloe and Jupiter. They're both Calicos, which is my favorite coloring on a cat! I also have a miniature dachshund named Elsa who is the love of my life! We have two toads that have become summer residents on our deck, and use my flower garden as their winter escape in a nice dark dirt hole.  We named them Enrique and LoBana.  I love toads and frogs too!
I originally went to school for Travel and Office Management and worked for Carlson Companies in the Twin Cities for many, many years.  I decided the drive was too much and went for my other passion - Animals! I was fortunate and blessed enough to get hired here at Osceola Veterinary Service and have had the opportunity to meet many wonderful people and their pets.  I have become so close to so many... what an awesome job.  Everyone I work with is wonderful, they are my family and I love them all.
I look forward to seeing all of you every year for your annual visits and wish you great health and happiness all year through.

Jenny Staff
CVT Large Animal Technician
Hello fellow animal lovers. Please Call me Jen. I have been a part of the OVS family since March of 2006. I spend my days in our mobile unit as our large animal technician. We see a variety of species including mostly equine and bovine, as well as camelids (llamas and alpacas), caprine, and ovine. We are also greeted by the occasional farm dog or barn cat with a tail wag and are glad to include them in our day. I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science in 1989 (yes, a while ago) from UW River Falls. I went back to school and received my A.A.S. in Veterinary Technology and soon after, became a part of OVS.
I currently live in MN and have not been scared off by the weather.  My husband Mike and I live on a 10 acre hobby farm with 2 horses, 1 dog, and 2 cats located in East Bethel, which is 35 miles from the clinic. The kids, Adam and Casey, have moved away but family gatherings keep us together. I enjoy horseback riding, downhill skiing, and hanging out with friends and family.

Meghan Simmons
CVT Small Animal Technician and Inventory Manager
Hi! My name is Meghan. I joined Osceola Veterinary Service in the fall of 2007.  I graduated from Globe University in December 2007 with an A.A.S. degree in Veterinary Technology.  For as long as I can remember, I've always wanted to work with animals, so becoming a CVT has been a dream come true!  I have a beautiful daughter named Hailee.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my own pets. I currently have a pitbull mix named Mya. Mya is very special to me because I hand-raised her since she was only 1 week old! My newest addition is Mollie Mae a boston Terrier. I have fallen in love with Boston Terriers since becoming a veterinary technician and it is very exciting to now have my own! I also have three cats, Lucy, Enzo, and Rose.
Additional activities I enjoy are snowboarding, hiking, fishing, kayaking, gardening, camping, reading, and spending time with my friends and family. I can't wait to see all of you and your pets at your next visit!

Angel Olson
CVT Small Animal Technician and Second Receptionist
Hello my name is Angel and I work primarily with the smaller family pets that visit us here at Osceola Veterinary Service or at the front desk area. I have been a CVT since 2002 and come with lots of experience in a variety of species.
I have 4 cats ( Sheldon Cooper, Penny, Leonard, and Hope) and 3 dogs (English Springer Spaniels named Holley, Spicer, and Shelby) that keep me busy. Holley is working on her certified therapy title, Shelby is getting into agility training, and Spicer is training for his titles in hunting.  I have always had an interest in training animals and watching their brains work. They sure know how to touch one's soul with their big hearts and return love unconditionally!
When not at work you will usually find me outdoors doing something fun. I have several hobbies that I partake in, all the way from ATV riding and off road adventures to the usual’s such as hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, and camping.
I love being a part of the team here at Osceola Veterinary Service and I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members!
